Check-in is 3pm however upon our arrival after 5pm the room was not ready. The light over one side of the bed was burned out. A bulb in the bathroom was going out and was flickering so unable to leave on during the night. The HVAC unit appeared to have a bearing going out as it rattled like metal on metal when running. We turned it off and opened the window. The toilet in our room did not flush - Staff pounded on our door in the early morning stating they had to shut the water off as our toilet was leaking in the lobby. When we checked out, we mentioned the issues with the room and encouraged them not to put any new guests in there until everything was addressed. There were no offers to make any adjustments to our room.

Very friendly staff and the layout of the room is nice especially with the TV on the wall freeing up table space. The reason for 2 knocked off stars is due to the bathroom. There was dried urine around the toilet floor and the tub looked like no one ever cleaned it. There were even still hairs in it on bottom and sides
