This hotel’s light and airy rooms have cozy bedding, 42” TVs, tablets with games and Balmain toiletries in the bathroom. Each room also has a small Juliet or fully furnished balcony. On-site activities include the casino, an evening fountain & light show, a spa, multiple pools and a sizeable water park. Meets AAA guest room security requirements. Smoke free premises. 1800 units. 7-28 stories, interior corridors.

It was a big resort that felt like a stationary cruise ship. The service was okay at times, the food prices were exceptionally high. For a luxury hotel, it felt like the staff was disinterested. A breakfast for 2 cost $90 but there were no alternatives. Dinners for 4 with only 2 people consuming alcohol (2 beverages total) were automatically $400 with 1 entree each, 1 appetizer and 1 al a carte side. Drinks were made very inconsistently and priced differently each time, either just full of syrup or way too much alcohol. We had to change rooms after one night and they never called saying our room was ready. We went back to the desk at 4pm and said 'Oh you never got a call'. Meanwhile we had been to the front desk for wristband issues, checking out, checking in multiple times throughout our stay. Our luggage had been with the bellhop and took over an hour to get to us. Multiple calls, wrong luggage coming to our room and trips downstairs to find out where it was. Restaurants didn't want to accommodate when half the restaurant was empty. Ended up eating bar service and watched tables never fill in. Food was not filling, small portion sizes and awfully bland. Reservations and cost associated with renting pickleball courts on top of the resort fee that is paid daily. We were there for a wedding, several conferences running day in and day out. Otherwise would not recommend for a getaway.
