The room was clean, large, and met our ADA requirements. The room was easy to access, and in a quiet area of the hotel. I rarely give the highest ratings, as something outstanding has to happen to get there. The staff, all professional and calm and doing what that can to keep the customers happy is standard fare. However, this staff had to also deal with an incident (apparently a short time before we arrived) where some one drove a truck into their lobby. That they were willing to acknowledge it, and answer questions, that they did an outstanding job of going about the business of running the hotel and managing the customers with that in mind, I give them all kinds of praise.
