Located within easy walking distance of the coliseum and the fairgrounds, the property features an inviting lobby and pool area. Most rooms with king beds have walk-in showers and a chaise lounge. Smoke free premises. 111 units. 7 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Horrible. This hotel does not deserve one star. It is in extreme disrepair: soiled carpet, rusted furnishings, broken appliances, and non-functioning lights. Also, most importantly, my room had bed bugs, which bit me, causing welts. At 1:30 am, I had to be moved to another room, a large suite (who cares) in the same disrepair. I was also bitten and located a bed bug in this suite. However, I was unsure if it traveled with me from the first infested room. I would have gone to another hotel the first night but feared I would contaminate another premise. Stay away. Jackson has nicer hotels for the same price. This hotel should be shut down.
