I got to my room and when I entered it, the room was very hot and stuffy because the air conditioning wasn't working. I tried to call the front desk and the phone wasn't working - all I got was static. I went to the front desk and I will say, the clerk was very apologetic and quickly got me into another room. She even accompanied me to my room so I could get back in to get my luggage to go to the new room. The new room was great - I was able to blast the A/C. Things happen - while it was disconcerting to have the A/C not working in my first room - the clerk was able to fix the situation very quickly. The free breakfast was great - lots of variety and healthy choices. I took a swim in the pool before I left which was heavenly - very clean and refreshing! My one complaint is it's a little confusing to get to the hotel, especially at night - my GPS was sending me to another spot farther down the road. I actually stopped at another hotel up the road and they were able to direct me to the correct location.
