Located across the street from The Villages Water Tower, the hotel has guest rooms with a large desk, an upholstered desk chair and a luggage bench. Some rooms have a wet bar. Smoke free premises. 82 units. 3 stories, interior corridors.

Had to give 3 star due to fire alarm waking me from sound sleep 2 times. Noticed from a previous review this also occured so its a safety issue thats not been resolved. The staff are very pleasant and liked the breakfast which included omelets.

I usually use Hampton because they are nice this unit is old and worn down , yes it’s getting a remodel now but they waited a bit too long iron in room didn’t work. Furniture looked like something from a tag sale
