This hotel offers business traveler amenities and modern rooms decorated in bright whites and grays. Continental breakfast is served off the lobby, which is decorated in warm woods and glamorous reds. Smoke free premises. 85 units. 5 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Greeted at check-in with gruff "do you have a reservation" (I did). Desk person had on a disheveled tee shirt and jeans and was not all that pleasant during check-in process, during which she stopped to assist another guest and then said "What was your last name again?". Room was dark, poor lighting - desk lamp pointed down and only lit the desktop itself. Had to search for disposable cups for water. In-room coffee maker did not work and leaked water all over counter top. 2 queen beds. One creaked loudly with every move. Coffee offered in lobby (early evening - in large urns) was barely room temp. Not a great experience for Hampton Inn (and $50 more per night than a night at a Comfort Inn just days earlier). Disappointed.

We booked requesting a crib. When we checked in we were told the cribs were too old and not safe, so they couldn’t accommodate the request. It’s not safe to have a baby in bed with you. We would have made other arrangements if we knew in advance.
Good sized rooms. Great free breakfast. Friendly staff.
