Adjacent to the beach and a state park, some rooms at this property have balconies with excellent views of the lake. Smoke free premises. 173 units. 4 stories, interior corridors.

Minor safety & health issues.
Room was on 1st floor next to pool. At 10pm a pool party with loud music was going on. Called front desk to ask for quiet. Took 20 or more rings for answer and manager was rude saying she would take care of it. Music stopped but loud people kept partying and one woman was fighting with someone and was extremely loud until much later into the night. There was trash on the floor in our room and didn't look like it had been vacuumed in a while.
