The room air conditioning tools over 2 hours to cool the room. The TV kept shutting off, the pool was green, there were leaves, paper, and cigarettes floating in the water too. GROSS

I had two separate reservations with this hotel from two different travel agencies. One for me and one for my parents. Both had been pre-paid but neither reservation could be found. I had to call both travel agencies and have them contact the hotel to confirm my reservation. It was just odd that neither reservation could be found and I wasn’t willing to repay for rooms I already paid for. Additionally they overbooked the transfers to the cruise port. The van only fit 11 people but they booked more so people had to wait. Overall the hotel was nice but the service was not. They lost our reservations and overbooked the transfer. Not sure if there was a training issue or what. But it just felt bad for the people wanting to enjoy their vacation.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. The shuttle driver picked us up from the airport, and then immediately scheduled the shuttle to take us to the Cruise Port the next day.
