Those seeking a sunny room space want to request an odd-numbered room, while the even-numbered rooms are best for light sleepers. All rooms offer the expected fluffy white duvet bedding. Smoke free premises. 72 units. 3 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

The receptionist was not very friendly. Kept to a minimum in checking us in. My son's room's door did not secure properly unless we slammed it several times. Maintenance was requested but no one came to look at the door until the following morning. Of course, my son had to bring his luggage to our room when we went out for a meal that evening. The one queen bed in our room was very squeaky. Thankfully we only needed to use one bed as the squeaky one would have kept anyone using that bed awake. The comforter on the other bed was soiled with what looked like spilt hot chocolate stains. There was hair and dust caught under the bathroom door. The door also would not open fully as it scraped on the floor. insufficient clearance for the door to swing properly. The lobby on the second morning was very cold. I guess the heat was turned off and the weather was very chilly that day. Expected much better quality seeing as the hotel charged 50% more than other hotels.
