Poor mattress, lumpy pillow, light bulbs too dim to read by, had to hold toilet lever down to flush, sink had Crack in it, carpeting old, noisey kids running up and down hall, coffee at front only lukewarm, oatmeal at breakfast lukewarm.

I hardly ever give a perfect score because there is always room for improvement.. With that said this is the first time we ever traveled with our dog, the hotel is pet friendly and honestly I was expecting it to smell like a kennel, I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the place. Staff was excellent. Only downside was parking lot I'd give a 3. Other than that there was a youth hockey league & doors were slamming at 1;00am.
