The staff at the desk were very friendly and honest. And the stay was pleasant. But we were lucky. Check in is supposed to be 2pm. We didn't arrive until 5pm. They weren't sure our room was even ready as they were understaffed. Fortunately for us, our room had just been finished with service. Had we arrived hours earlier, we would have had nowhere to go. That would have been a 1 star experience. And judging from the line of patrons at the desk for hours later, I would say there will be plenty of those forthcoming.
