The hotel staff were excellent, from front desk to the hospitality breakfast! However, the room needs renovations badly! Rug was old an dirty, and the mattress was sunken.

Lots of road noise in the room. Very narrow shower with shower head falling down. Room was quite outdated. I wish there was a rating between 2 and 3 stars for below average. In my opinion, this was not up to Hampton Inn standards, and it was especially apparent because we left from another (much better) Hampton Inn the night before. Staff was attentive, but the experience was not wonderful.
