The hotel is undergoing a massive renovation, which means that you have to go outside to get from your room to the breakfast area. Also the parking lot is fairly chewed up due to the construction equipment. The room is large and very comfortable. There is a kitchen area with a microwave and an eating peninsula. There are no stools to use to sit at the peninsula. The hotel provides plates, silverware, towels and pots. Pots are a bit strange as one can't use them in a microwave and there is no stove top. There is a spacious "anteroom" to the bathroom. This anteroom has a large area for hanging clothes and to store luggage. However the bathroom is small, no towel bars (just hooks on the back of the door) and precious little room for toiletries. They could have made the anteroom smaller and the bathroom larger.
