Air conditioner was very noisy. When leaving I had to go to every floor to hunt for a luggage cart. Per front desk he was the only person there and could not leave the counter. Not his fault but it reflects badly towards your business. Very poor customer service. If your prices do not allow for 2 front desk workers the company does not deserve anything higher than a 2 star rating.
