The front desk staff was amazing! They were very friendly & considerate! When I checked in she said our room was on the 3rd floor. I asked if it was close by because my father has a walker. She immediately said hold on & switched our room to the first floor just around the corner from front entrance! I was very very appreciative!

The TV was broken and they didn’t have heavy curtains for privacy. Anyone outside could see in the room. We had to move another room.
