This is the first time I had stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn. The location north of Atlanta was perfect for our first day's drive north from SW Florida. All the hotel staff we encountered were friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and quiet. I had a relaxing morning swim because the pool hours started at 6:00 am. Breakfast was reasonably priced, and you had a choice of made-to-order omelets and meat, or the continental breakfast including fresh fruit, yogurt, breads and cereal. The lobby was quite beautiful in the morning, with light from the 2-story glass entrance. I would love to stay here again. The only odd thing about our room is that the bathroom door opened outwards (instead of into the bathroom). Because of this, it obstructed the main entry door when open. Perhaps if the bathroom door had hinges on the opposite side, it wouldn't have obstructed the entry door when opened.
