Terrible customer service. I initially made a reservation for one night through AAA, thinking that Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore/White Marsh would be superior since AAA rated them highly - was I mistaken! Due to circumstances beyond my control I had to add another night to my stay in the area. Well, I attempted to do so at the Hilton Garden Inn through AAA and was told by the HGI that the existing reservation COULD NOT BE MODIFIED to add the night. So much for a superior hotel. I resolved the issue by making a reservation at a cabin in Monkton. It was a superb choice. So I ate the money I put down to reserve the night at Hilton. Oh well. It was worth spending a nice peaceful night in horse country rather than dreadful White Marsh.
