Situated on a hillside just east of downtown, the property features nicely appointed public areas and spacious guest units. All rooms have custom made wood furnishings and pillow-top beds. The property is located near many popular mid-range chain restaurants and a mall. Rooms have recently been updated. Smoke free premises. 256 units. 2-9 stories, interior corridors. The mobile key thing didn't work. Got all the way to the room only to go back to the desk to get a physical key. I didn't like that I had to ask for the room to be made up every day. No coffee for the coffee maker. No paper or pen in the room. Nobody picks up the phone at the front desk after 11pm. Guest internet didn't work because the desk said my reservation was cancelled???? But I'm standing in it and I was checked in at the front desk. All in all these are easy fixes but my stay could have been better
