Rooms at this conveniently located option have comfortable beds and are surprisingly quiet considering the proximity to the airport. The pool is surprisingly attractive as it runs along a small lake and features a sundeck and a tiki bar. Smoke free premises. 249 units. 10 stories, interior corridors.

Too expensive for this hotel. Room (#821) smelled like a smoker may have stayed there in the past. I was surprised that there was no complimentary coffee in the morning, the only option was a $6.00 Starbucks coffee. Dust was building up on the outlets behind the end tables (next to bed) which I noticed when I plugged in my phone charger. We took a shuttle to get our rental car in the morning (8:00 am shuttle), we let the shuttle driver know we were picking up a rental car and he said "OK" and dropped us at the airport. The car rental agency at the airport did not open until 9:00....and I find it hard to believe that the shuttle driver did not know this. We couldn't find another Hyatt hotel shuttle so we flagged down a shuttle from a hotel competitor and he drove us straight to our car rental agency and let us know airport car rental offices don't open until 9:00 am. We gave him a big tip.
