They gave me an adjoining room with people that were loud all night. Did not sleep for two nights. Partying at 1 am and the next day at 4:30 am. I told customer service they gave me points. They should have refunded my money. Points mean nothing to me, i do not travel very much. Hotel should not rent out an adjoining room to non family. They should know that, the walls are paper thin. Very upset.
