Reserved a room with a king size bed several weeks ahead. When I arrived, I was told I had a room with two queen size beds. When I asked if there was any compensation for this, the answer was,”well I believe we gave you a lower rate.” Upon checking out, I was initially charged the rate for the king size bed. Had to point it out to the desk clerk to have it fixed.
