Tried twice to check in after posted time, but was turned away as rooms weren't ready/not cleaned. finally checked in 2.5 hours late (10% service not given that I was paying for). Asked about a price adjustment or anything really, but was passed off to "ask at checkout" then at checkout "we will have someone call or e-mail you". Haven't heard a peep but the pending charge on my credit card is for MORE than the AAA price that was confirmed including all fees and taxes. I never received a bill or any accounting of any charges. Also, the shuttle to the casino "broke down" so we had to fight the crowd and then jam into a 3 row SUV. Driver was great though and ran the circuit as quickly as was feasible. I don't have high hopes of getting through to someone from Holiday Inn, since they wouldn't help me/address my concerns when I was standing in front of them. I have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Really outdated hotel. Really expensive. Needs a major overhaul. Bathroom shower leaked all over the floor.
