Hotel is very nice; rooms are big, comfortable and well equipped. I had trouble at the front desk. Could not find my reservation but gave me a room anyhow. However, next day as I checked out reservation was found and designated a "No Show." Since that was not the case, I asked desk staff to correct that so I would not be charged the no show fee. Staff claimed that was not something they could do but I would need to contact the agency through which I made the reservation. Had to follow up with further discussion with hotel to finally get a credit for that fee.
