Hotel did not have my AAA reservation when I arrived, but did did find a similar room for me at a higher base rate. Facility was rough around the edges. Lobby area was clean but upper floors corridor carpet was very dirty and frayed. Walkways in the garage we’re extremely slippery, slick with oily residue - very dangerous. Facility needs a much higher standard of maintenance.
