Great experience, nice room, but no maid service with 2-night stay; had to request coffee and cups replenishment. Bring extra Keurig cups if you enjoy your morning coffee in your room.

Rooms spacious and decorated nicely. Big walk-in shower with big bath towels. Staff was friendly. The Hobnob coffee bar in the hotel has good coffee and the classic breakfast meal was plentiful and delicious. Valet parking is expensive, so we elected to use the parking garage in back of the building for $8 a day. Two good restaurants within very short walking distance on either side of the hotel's main entrance. The Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden is a must see.
