I would like to be able to share a review of my experience at the hotel; but I cannot. Unfortunately there was a glitch between the AAA Online order site and the hotel. As a result I show up I was told that I was not in the reservation system; despite the fact that I had gotten an email confirmation of my reservation. Because of multiple events taking place in the city the Hotel Phillips was booked solid and I was forced to scramble to find another hotel. Very, very disappointing...
