This nice property is great for those making a quick stop over in Aruba as it is the only property at the airport. Rooms are spacious and offer extra seating as well as large TVs and extra outlets. Smoke free premises. 116 units. 7 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

This stay was a disappointment from past stays. Stains on the rug on the entry floor and on the floor we stayed on, so probably on other floors too. The room was very cramped and poorly arranged so there was a narrow path to walk between the bottom of the bed and the furniture housing the small fridge and also crowded into the space was a desk area with a rolling chair whose legs stuck out into that narrow path. I had to move it out of the way so as not to injure myself making my way to the bathroom during the night. Worst of all was no HOT WATER! There was a small sign at check in stating an intermittent problem was being worked on, but shame on me for assuming this was a new problem because we later found reviews that this has been going on for awhile. Shame on you Hyatt, you can do better!! For what is charged for a stay here I don't expect this kind of thing - and yes, I have contacted Hyatt with this information and waiting for a response.
