hotel was average in all respects. There would have been a charge for parking were I not a Hyatt member. TV had no remote and staff was unable to furnish one that worked.

Coffee pot didn’t work…?!thats it
I gave the hotel 3 stars because of its location to where my son lived. Otherwise it would have been 1 star. We stayed for 5 nights and the cleaning people only came to the room 1 day. The TV had no guide and the bathroom was so small that you had to go to the far side of the toilet to close the door. And the included breakfast we only ate the first day because the hot food was cold and the fruit was overly ripe(AKA Spoiled). Staff was more interested in the computer or talking to each other to be very interested in the guests. Very disappointing. TONS of other hotel options and I will be picking one of them next visit!

100% acceptable. It appears nearly all "airport hotels" are outside the airport itself, about a 10-minuite drive. Older hotel.
