Very supportive staff, but our room was nowhere near ready. The automatic curtains did not work, so we were given a new room. The remote in neither room di not work. And to top it all off, the pool was closed. I consider Hyatt a high end outfit, but on this occasion it didn't measure up to the high rent.

The hotel is under renovation. There is a dumpster in front of the building with a half torn awning. There is trash from the rooms that is currently being renovated that strewn around the rear of the building and not in a roll off. I was in a handicap accessible room with a damaged sprinkler head that was hanging from the ceiling. Never going back.
