Everything from the lobby to the room was very clean and welcoming. Very friendly staff that help with anything you need. I used my AAA discount to originally book my 3 nights with them, and even when adding on another night, they included my AAA discount to that night as well. Very satisfied and impressed with my stay here!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

NO mattress pads! I work in healthcare and long time traveller. You have to have matress pads (zip kind) for bed/coils frame. Both. Bedbugs and covid pandemic, you have to protect customer. AT all times. So, I never stayed at hotel that didnt do this except in 80s in Super8 motel. But in 2022? Have to , come on Hyatt. Second, you hold $100 and it doesnt release for 3-5 days. Who does that? I didnt buy a thing. So, no need to 'take and hold ' $. This is a Hyatt but is not a Hyatt if that makes sense. And front concierge is also a bar. Hilarious set up. (no shower caps, buyer beware and no towels in whirlpool).
