The eight-story lobby has an impressive central staircase that flows down to the indoor gondola dock, which leads you to a series of man-made lakes. The rooms offer comfort and style with warm colors. Several larger rooms named "Griffin" offer a separate living room and double-sized patios. Don't miss the lobby lounge which offers an adjacent sushi bar or the "JW Entertainment Zone" with over 100 video games, air hockey and mini bowling lanes. We went to the hotel for memorial weekend and I was unhappy about a couple of things in the hotel. The pool was freezing so cold that you couldn’t go in. The hotel was really busy and the hotel was slow with refilling the water in the lobby. Also our hotel room the TV remote was missing.
