TV remote was broken and they didn't come to fix it when I called and asked for help. The hotel needs a complete update and remodel. The rooms were fairly dirty and disgusting. There was no clock in the room. The thermostat was broken and I couldn't change the temperature in my room.
The free breakfast was great and the towels were clean. Other than that this hotel was not recommendable. Needs a LOT of repairs and upkeep. No maid service. We stayed 6 nights and never saw a housekeeper. We had to ask for everything at front desk. Not much hot water, locks on bathroom and main door were broken. The remote didn't work. Didn't feel safe. Many homeless people camped out in tents by the parking lot. The pool was never useable although we saw a person trying to clean it. J.J. was the only helpful staff member.
