It was late when I arrived 12:30 am. The person at the desk was nice, cordial… but obviously overwhelmed with the work she was handling. She gave good directions to the room .. said if I had any concerns to call .Mentioned something about the phone. The room had no paper goods, toilet paper, tissues . The tub looked dirty , although it could have just been the style of the tub.. The commode was difficult to flush. The sheets were clean, but the bottom sheet had penny coin size old . Fortunately because of COVID I bring necessities when I travel . Since it was pass 1:00am, @ I had what I needed to get through my one night stay . I didn’t go to the office. In the am the desk clerk was was embarrassed about I just shared. I didn’t partake of the breakfast .. cereal, pancake batter , fruit were the options offered . I realize COVID has created limited staff, etc. & although I understand .. I thought would want to apprised if this experience..
This is a third rate motel. Things were broken in the room, “breakfast” was bare bones poor and the room wasn’t very clean. Wyndham should not sponsor this property and AAA should NOT offer it to their members. A Motel 6 is better than this but just barely. Very very disappointed.
Not clean at all the rooms had a terrible smell. The tub was in very poor condition decided I’d rather just not shower at all. Also in a sketchy area.
