Located near the attractions, this condominium-style hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The luxurious, spacious units feature a kitchen, a living area and a private balcony. Rooms vary in décor; some have an older style and some are modern. Many units have neat views of the pirate ship-themed pool area. This pool has a water slide, which will delight children. Break away and indulge in a facial or a massage at the on-site full spa. A princess and pirate makeover is available for kids. Smoke free premises. 496 condominiums. 8-15 stories, interior corridors.

I absolutely loved it. I booked a fireworks room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We were on the 14th floor and were able to see fireworks from all over the place during the 4th of July. We also watched the fireworks from epcot every night. The room is a little suite equipped with a kitchenette, stocked with plates, cups, utensils etc. The staff was very friendly, the pool (has a pirate ship with a water slide) was so cool. We enjoyed dinner at frankie farrells Irish pub, the food was sooo good. Our waiter went above and beyond. I could go on forever about why I enjoyed this resort lol I'll definitely be booking with them again in the near future.

Bed bugs, limited parking, broken elevators... Triple A never booked or paid for part of my trip even though it was booked and paid for a year in advance so I had to call triple A upon checking in.
Where to begin...so many issues: -Stovetop didn't work (heating elements not connected) -light on stove broken -refrigerator did not get cold -a/c stopped working -accommodations for 6: 3 plates 1 bowl 3 coffee cups 1 wine glass 3 water glasses 1 juice glass 5 forks -needed to purchase plates and bowls to use to eat -no cutting board -knives not sharp -dirty stove top -dirty dishes (baking sheet in oven) -minimal cooking pots/pans (1 pot/1 pan) -cannot close door when washing machine is running -dryer did not dry (heating element did not get hot enough to dry clothes) -multiple outlets not working -furniture in poor condition -master bathroom sink clogged -unable to reach bedroom fan chains w/out using a step stool/chair -hot water way too hot (too dangerous) -unable to open sofa bed without assistance (not "typical" way to open)
