I have stayed here twice this year. There are new owners and the hotel is being worked on. I like the rooms with the fireplaces and an ocean view. There is a breakfast served in the mornings, which is nice, especially off season. The pool, spa and workout areas are still closed, unfortunately. The staff is mostly friendly, but some of them won't even smile at the front desk. I will still stay there again.

Very nice hotel, ocean view rooms have an actual ocean view. Good breakfast provided in the morning. They are concluding a recent remodel. Rooms are large Decks are nice and accessible. CAUTION! If you are mobility limited, check with the front desk to make sure that all elevators are working! At the time of my stay, this was "discovered" the hard way. The distance from the elevator to my ocean view room was overwhelming. Friendly staff! I'd recommend this for a stay in Ocean Shores.

This hotel is being renovated and it is looking good. The pool is closed which we didn't plan on using. Tammy at check-in was very personable and told us about the areas that were being worked on and that our room was not in the area.

They're in the middle of a big remodel, so pool wasn't open, elevator didn't make it up to our floor and there was a lot of noise and construction going on. The walls are very thin and neighbors taking a shower easily woke us up in the morning. Great location and view, though.
