Constructed in 1923 on a site formerly occupied by Fort Dearborn, the common areas blend historic and modern aspects in a sumptuous style. Each room is chic with premium bedding and 55-inch smart TVs. The history of the building includes the housing of a variety of corporate headquarters over the years. In room dining was super slow to respond. Eventually after not getting a response after leaving several voicemail, we had to reach out to the front desk to get hot water and a couple of tea bags. Location was amazing and the hotel is gorgeous. Marcus from guest services was amazing!
