Very difficult to communicate with staff due to language differences. Room had thin, scratchy towels, very low quality bedding, no coffee pot. Crumbling grout on floor of bathroom. Odor of ethnic cooking coming from somewhere in building. Children running up and down halls & playing (same floor and floor above) past 10 PM.
