Exemplary staff. 10/10 for the front desk and house keeping. The doormen and cafe servers were hospitable and friendly, incredibly engaging. 100% lovely people. The room was very clean and large which was great. Downside was storage, and strangely, no luggage rack??? With a 2 standard bed room, why is there no luggage rack? Clothing storage became a puzzle with only an exposed hanging rod and basic armoire and no drawers. Points for the mini frigde though. Overall, for a short stay (4 nights/5 days) it fit out needs and then some!
