We arrived after 11 pm, speedy checkin with very helpful staff. Only complaint was elevators were not working in the morning and was told later in the day we could have used the phone located by the elevator to call for assistance to get the elevator to stop at our floor 23. Free buffet breakfast was very good with two staff members to assist. Hotel was in walking distance to the Nauticus and USS Wisconsin.

only 2 of 4 elevators were working. A 15 minute wait was normal. The elevators were incredibly crowded. Room near the elevator was noisy at night. Room on the 15th floor had some street noise. Took 2 hours and 2 phone calls to get sheets for the sofa bed.

AAA travel doesn't want to hear my honest review. I have had AAA for over 17 years and I can promise I will never use the travel portion ever again. Not only was I over charged over $100 for my recent stay. No one, and when I say NO ONE, I mean I called over 7 different representatives, who continued to tell me they didn't have authorization and to call a different number. Finally I was routed back to the original person I spoke with and was guaranteed this woman had authorization to give me back my money. This women proceeded to Tell me she has never done anything of thay nature she can only " change my dates" the room itself was hot and muggy. The ac didn't get below 80. I paid for a king room but was put in a queen. I paid the additional money for the parking through the hotel, and still ended up getting charged for parking 3 times from the garage. There was someone else's hair along the shower wall, stretched out like some sort of art piece. Hands down never booking with either place ever again.
