Hotel check in agent ignored me when I came in to check in. Room was musty smelling. Ac unit cover fell off. Dirty underneath. Carpet felt damp. Hot tub broken. Pool was cheaply painted. Left a gritty surface. The entire hotel needs to be gutted and updated.
In our way to Colorado we did not experienced any problems but in our way back from Colorado the night clerk didn't know or didn't wanted to do his job and told us that the expedia credit card was denied, so we have to pay for the night again and the room was not clean properly and the night clerk answered what do you want me to do about it. in the morning we checked with the day clerk and explained to her what had happened and as she checked our reservation all was there and the night clerk had charged us as a no show but the day clerk give us credit and charge our stay to Expedia, she didn't know why the night clerk did what he did so please if something like this happened to you check with the fay clerk before you leave the hotel because if you don't you will have no proof of your stay may sure to get a receipt if you do.
