Things kept breaking. Had to ask for linens.
Had I not reserved ahead and pulled in late at night, I would have turned right around before I even got in the door. Sketchy people in the parking lot, filthy doormat out front. I kid you not, the first room they sent us to was OCCUPIED. Lobby was shabby, housekeeping closet sat open right in front of the elevator door. Room was passably clean to crash for a few hours, but my kid spied a crumpled tissue and dirty sock under the bed. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
Bad ,experience,, security access doors wide open, to begin with. Homeless people camping in the back, broken a/c in our room. Had to move ,to another one. On this one broken tv remote control, attendant got us another one just to find out that the remote wasn't programmed to that tv. Had to do the tv manually..overall bad experience..won't come back.. Thanks anyway.
