The Hotel doesn't look like photos Furniture is rusted Unfriendly Staff Hotel doesn't supply Cribs Pool wasn't open at times listed Beach access was poor qualtiy Breakfast options was slim Cost extra for early check in Allowed men to urinate in ftont of customers Allowed alchol at pool . Was not family friendly. Will never stay again.

Pros-The location was excellent. Next to the beach public access. Hotel is Walking distance to Wright Brothers memorial. Places to eat are in walking distance. Cons-The room floor had a few GIANT brown spots which were very gross. The room wasn’t very clean. Old infrastructure. The Shower leaked. Being put in a substandard 2nd floor room in an empty Hotel it was annoying going up and down the stairs to and from the car. They had to have better rooms available on the first floor. We paid $117 total with taxes. If it had been a $60-$80 total cost with taxes etc. we may not have minded. This is probably a summer party hotel due to its proximity to the public beach access. So I don’t think they put any money into the infrastructure. The brown floor spots were very gross.
