It was a wonderful experience for my wife and I. The rooms were GREAT!! All the vending machines worked!!!! The personnel were tremendous!!
The front desk clerk was rude. Took me 1 hour to get on the shuttle van to the airport because it was full. Had my name on the list but they didn't seem to care. The executive lounge was closed both days. AAA members were suppose to be able to check in early but the hotel clerk said that wasn't true and it was on a first come basis.
