The room was not great but also not bad. I didn't feel I was secure and safe with the locks. I was provided with clean towels and sheets but I didn't feel the room was particularly clean.
First of all I had a copy of my reservation which the receptionist said did not exist. Then I told her I reserved wit AAA and she just smirked. Then I asked for the same rate and she ignored me. I got my room and at 7:30 in the morning housekeeping pounds on the door to ask when we are checking out. We will be out by 11…. Took a shower and the water filled up past my ankles . Greatly disappointed overcharged and zero hospitality
The hotel was great. We stayed 1 night. Unfortunately, on the morning that we were checking out I saw a cockroach was walking on the bathroom sink.
