Booked a one night stay. We got woke up at 2am by bed bugs. By now the hotel is fully occupied, no vacancies. I I go to the front desk and encountered Heather who is rude as hell. She cancelled the reservation to initiate refund but offered no apologies or nothing. It's now 2am and my family was displaced in the middle of the night. They should have paid for us to relocate since they were the reason we were displaced at 2am. Heather refused to look at my video which caused me to believe they knew of the problem. This is a nasty hotel, nasty service, bed bugs in room 236, DO NOT STAY HERE EVER!
I got a good night's sleep and the AC worked perfectly. However the hotel is old; could use renovations.
The bathroom was so small. And it wasn’t that clean. The refrigerator. Was nasty and leaning to the side. When I opened it it almost feel out. Then on top of all that we had a couple of roaches. I will never stay there again. I don’t like roaches at all. Had to shake everything out my bag before I left to come home.
No hot water The sheets had cigarette burns Pool was green it just needs an update
