The 2 stars is for the bed and for the appearance of the room being better than I thought it would be. A few things though: * No conditions provided, only shampoo * There was an extra random lamp just sitting on the desk not plugged in (it looked like they forgot it there) * Bring ear plugs, so much noise from the street. And not normally driving noise. Like street raising noise. Constantly. If it was just those things, I would actually rate it more like a 3.5. BUT the biggest concern was safety - especially traveling as a woman solo. I was in room around the corner from the office and directly facing the street. Being ground floor just steps from a busy street was a bit concerning, but whatever, it happens (although based on the number of cars in the parking lot there were plenty of other options). However, when I get inside it's pitch black and the light switch by the door doesn't do anything. The only way to turn on the lights is to leave the door open (facing the busy street, so anyone could just come in) while trying to find your way to the nightstand to turn on a light. The next concern was that my "safety latch" didn't exist (ironic with the posted sign telling you to use it). Thankfully, I travel with my own portable deadlock that I could insert into the door to act as my own safety measure. The video shows you the ironic sign, an attempt to use the non existent safety latch, and just how close you are to a busy street. Like I said, bed was nice. But I did not feel safe.
