I paid for a 2:00 pm check out, the maid started pounding on the door at 9. I left for lunch and she came in the room and turned the air on - she should not have been in my room and shoud not have turned the air on. She was rude too. The shower was dirty, the dishes were dirty and the counter by the tv was full of dust. You need to revaluate this hotel - certainly not a 3 or 4 or whatever star you have it rated. Additionally, I nicely told the front desk and they didn't say anythig just looked at me like, oh well.
