Everything was excellent EXCEPT the "background" music playing in the lobby where you check in was TOOO LOUD!!! People are so used to loud noise that I guess they can ignore it. But all that noise really does affect us...negatively. The hotel needs to turn down the volume of the music. It was hard to have a conversation with the check out person. Also....the hotel advertises Free Airport Shuttle. Sure. If your flight leaves about 10 am. The shuttle service does not start until 8 am. And nowhere on the website is the start time given. My flight left about 8 am, and you have to get to the airport well before your flight leaves for security, etc. Thank you. Joan
