No house keeping service.
The property did not earn 5 stars as daily housekeeping is only available upon request. Additionally, the Lake view on the lower levels of the hotel is impaired by mechanical systems.

We like the hotel, the location and the room. But we do not like the high resort fees and we think that is due to the use of the outside gas burners.. they are on all the time, nobody monitors them... One night, we went to several fire pits until and we couldn´t get any to work and employee came and helped us. I think they should have clear instructions on how to turn them ON and turn them OFF when they leave.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Several food and bar options. Indoor pool is a plus. Casino added bonus. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Will definitely be back. Cost was fair. Nice hiking trails and golf course.

Room was clean, bed and chairs comfy. It was so quiet! We slept well- check in and out was easy and the employees friendly . I wish we could’ve stayed longer
